South Kilburn regeneration
A lot is happening in South Kilburn, and not just building work. Brent Council's regeneration programme is as much, if not more, about the people and community of South Kilburn, as it is the properties.

Granville New Homes (GNH) is the second development of homes to be built in the £1bn regeneration programme for South Kilburn.
The new homes which are owned and managed by BHP have been built to the highest quality design and specification with generous space standards, communal landscape gardens, energy saving features, water and refuse recycling facilities, sound and thermal insulation to offer comfort for future residents.
The development also includes a community facility (the Tabot Centre) which provides after school services for local children and other facilities for young and older people.
Eighty-five of the homes are let through a nominations agreement with the council.
The remaining 25 one and two bedroom flats are let on intermediate rents to key workers who are employed in public services in Brent.
