Update on Neighbourhood Warden service
To demonstrate Brent Housing Partnership's (BHP) continued commitment to resident safety and wellbeing we are reviewing our current arrangements with regard to the Neighbourhood Warden Service.
The existing service and the Anti-Social Behaviour Hotline (020 8937 2727) will cease on 31 March 2016 and from April 2016 BHP will be providing a uniformed security presence in anti-social behaviour (ASB) hotspots areas. Our team will direct the patrols to these areas to deter ASB and gather evidence. The patrols will operate a minimum of three days per week based on your reports.
You can still report ASB to the Customer Response Team on 020 8937 2400 (Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm; Friday 8am to 5pm) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also report ASB online.
If you have a noise nuisance issue call the Customer Response Team on 02 8937 2400 (Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm; Friday 8am to 5pm) and out of hours please contact Brent Council's Environment Health Team on 020 8937 1234 (Monday to Friday 5pm to 2am; Saturday 6pm to 2am: Sunday, 6pm to 2am) or email: email@example.com
To report crime you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 (anonymously) or Police on 101 (non-urgent) or in emergencies call the police on 999.
If you have any queries or questions about changes to the Neighbourhood Warden service, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 8937 2400. (Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm; Friday 8am to 5pm).
