Brent Housing Partnership delighted to announce the launch of brand new website
Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) has announced the launch of a new interactive website for the borough’s council tenants and leaseholders. We’ll be encouraging visitors to try out the updated site and give us feedback with residents standing a chance of winning £50 for giving it a road test.
The new website (www.bhphousing.co.uk) has been built to be compatible with other online devices such as mobile phones and tablets so residents can browse when they are on the move.
We’ll also be adding some new features over the next few month including a ‘My Account’ service which will give tenants and leaseholders their own personalised log in and password where they will be able to view information relating to their tenancy or lease.
The home page features a banner with latest BHP campaigns, latest news, a Twitter feed and icons which direct users to pages such as paying your rent, reporting a repair, getting involved, a leaseholder section, events and online services. However, residents can easily find any information they are looking for as the site has a detailed top navigation bar as well as a built-in search engine.
Rowann Limond, Managing Director for BHP said: “We are extremely excited to be launching our new BHP website. We hope that the website will provide a more accessible way for customers to find information, access BHP’s services and keep in contact with us. We hope you love our new website as much as we do, and we welcome your comments and feedback.”
To celebrate the website launch, BHP are giving away a £50 voucher for the London Designer Outlet in Wembley to a lucky winner. Click here to enter the prize draw.
