BHP drives to be a Leader in Diversity

05/09/2016

Housing provider, Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) is reaffirming its commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion as it embarks upon a re-accreditation for the highly acclaimed Leaders in Diversity Award.

Sejal Karia, Head of Human Resources at BHP said: “BHP currently hold this prestigious status and achieved the highest level, stage 3 in 2013. We were commended by the National Centre for Diversity for excellence in equality, diversity and inclusion. Retaining the accreditation is an important part of BHP’s business and helps to support our Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.”

In order to work towards the process of re-accreditation, BHP is asking its customers to complete a short survey measuring how well the organisation promotes equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace. The survey comments will help BHP provide a good service which is inclusive to everyone.

Win £20 shopping vouchers!

As an added incentive, BHP is offering everyone who completes the survey the chance to win £20 vouchers for the London Designer Outlet in Wembley. There are three sets of vouchers to give away and all names will be entered into a free prize draw. The survey will close on 23 September and the winners will be notified by email.
The survey is completely anonymous and only takes a few minutes to complete.

Need help to complete the survey?

If any customers need assistance in completing the survey, BHP has arranged for an officer to assist them with the forms at BHP’s offices at the Brent Civic Centre in Wembley. The assistance will be available on:
