Report a non-urgent repair online
This online service is for Council tenants and leaseholders only and enables you to report non-emergency repairs to your home.
We may not carry out all the repairs shown online.
We will check every repair that is reported to us online to ascertain whether it is a council or tenant responsibility.
If we are not going to proceed with any of your repair requests we will let you know.
Do not use this service if you have an emergency repair (such as flooding or major electrical faults).
If you do have an emergency repair then please contact the Housing Management Customer Response Team directly on 020 8937 2400 during normal office working hours or 020 8937 1234 out-of-hours.
This service allows you to diagnose what the problem is via a series of diagrams on screen and report them directly to us.
