Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) needs residents to help us test the quality of our services. We are committed to providing the best service we possibly can and are very keen to ensure that all of our residents feel involved.
The role of a mystery shoppers is to agree and monitor services which could include improvements to services in areas where we may not be performing well for our residents. You will supported by a BHP officer.
You will be asked to do random checks on different departments within BHP by phone or in person.
