Welcome to Brent Housing Partnership

Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) is the company that looks after 13,600 council properties in Brent.

We offer support to residents so they can live in their home independently and encourages all our residents to get involved.

We also look after communal areas, gardens, carry out repairs, service gas installations, collect rent and manage problems between neighbours.

Our new repairs booklet has been produced to allow you to clearly define the correct repair requirements to your home when you report a repair to us.

We take fire safety and the welfare of our residents very seriously. We have put together a fire safety video containing important safety information. 

We own and manage our own homes. There are several projects underway to either build or acquire new homes. These will be called BHP New Homes.
